Since I have transitioned into a new position within my company I have had the pleasure of working with AmCheck, and dealing directly with them. Even though we have worked together for only a short time, I have nothing but praise for this team of hardworking and capable professionals. Every email or phone call is returned promptly, they are always available to handle my concerns and questions and they are great with the follow-up. My account director is one of the most thorough and efficient professionals I have worked with and I am thankful for her accuracy and timeliness in coordinating our employee benefits. Not only is this team great at what they do, but their personalities and willingness to help truly make our interactions enjoyable.

Making the change to AmCheck was definitely a change that was positive in many ways. We have streamlined the calculating of timesheets, payroll input, COBRA administration, legal withholdings, and custom reporting. I knew the back end system and was aware of the many key elements we utilize working with the Amcheck staff, I have learned more and continue to push to think of other ways to utilize their expertise in improving our processes. We have been using Amcheck for payroll processing for the last two years and it's been a great experience. I especially like having our own representative for asking questions, etc., instead of talking to a different person each time. All questions are answered in a timely manner, which is also a plus. I am able to access all information online, including reports and pay stubs which makes it easy to go paperless. I am very happy with the services being provided by Amcheck.

I have been very happy with the support and service that I have received from Amcheck. Our payroll rep is always very friendly and helpful when assisting me with my payroll and the various issues that come with it. It's nice to have someone there that knows me and the company payroll so they are already familiar with things and less explaining. Although in the event that she has been out the help received from her team members has always been outstanding as well. Many thanks to all of your staff.
