• A CLIENT is not someone to argue or match wits with, instead they are someone that we can educate and assist.
• A CLIENT is a person who brings us their wants and it is our job to fill those wants.
• A CLIENT is deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give him or her.
• A CLIENT is the life-blood of our business.
