You will then receive a signature ready kit faxed or emailed, just authorize and fax back to us.
For faster sign-up, have these payroll records ready when you call:
» Quarterly earnings record for the previous calendar quarter
» Employee year-to-date, quarter-to-date, and current-quarter payroll totals
» Payroll registers for the current year
» Tax summaries
» List of types of earnings. (salary, Hourly, OT, Bonus, commission, etc.)
» List of types of deductions. (health, dental, disability, 401k, loans, union, etc.)

We will review your information and issue you online access Once we verify receipt of the set up kit, we will immediately enter your company and employee information into the AmCheck system. You will then be given a user login and password to enter payroll online.

» Offer different options on inputting payroll
» Send you an AmCheck client 3 ring binder for report organization
» Inform you of online capabilities
» Send you an AmCheck client Manual
» Train you on how to transmit payroll information online
» Train you on how to access payroll reports online
» Go through procedures and guidelines tips and suggestions
» To ensure a worry free payroll, AmCheck will send you a “Pre-Process Payroll
» Report” before we actually go live.
