  • In this stage all benefit plan data is loaded to the amchecknroll.com website. The Plan details including specific coverage’s , carrier information doctors lists, claim forms and more are online for 24/7 access. Applies to health,dental,vision,life,401(k),flexible Spending and other.
  • All employee data is loaded, creating personalized benefit profiles for each employee.
  • Professional brochures are created logically highlighting and summarizing the benefit it offering, including monthly costs.


ENROLLMENT
 
  • All eligible participants go online to www.amchecknroll.com and elect benefits or waive to prove you offered benefits to them.
  • Employees easily login by using their last name and social security number.
  • Employees will be prompted through the system. They can not submit an incorrect or incomplete application, the system simply will not let them. All State, Federal and carrier acknowledgements are substantiated online including The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Section 125 Pre-tax elections.
  • Once enrolled and confirmed participants may print out a temporary insurance card until the plastic card arrives in the mail from the carrier.


DATA TRANSFER

 
  • Specially encrypted data instantly transfers to the benefits carrier to ensure prompt coverage goes into effect.
  • The same data gets transferred through to the AmCheck Payroll System for benefit deduction set up for the participant.
  • An optional email notification is sent to client contact to ensure they know when a change has made by an employee.


BENEFIT ADJUSTMENT NOTIFICATIONS

 
  • Clients gets notified proactively by email, the exact amount that will be deducted from the employee's check which may be forwarded to the employee.
  • The cumulative amount all employee benefit deductions and employer contribution amounts are tracked, audited and paid to the carrier directly by AmCheck to ensure you never overpay the carrier.

POST EMPLOYMENT

 
  • When you terminate an employee in the AmCheck Payroll System The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) notifications auto generate to the employees.
