AmCheck is now iSolved, read the Press Release here

In late 2009, Chad Dunbar and Katie Grisley parted ways with corporate America and ambitiously set out to provide an improved solution in the payroll industry. The doors of locally owned and operated AmCheck Salt Lake City officially opened that November and is currently located in the Murray neighborhood where Highland and Van Winkle intersect.

During their tenure at a large, national payroll firm, both Dunbar and Grisley identified a shortcoming in maintaining a cohesive experience between sales and service. The client experience did not meet the quality standards they desired to provide to their clientele. Dunbar and Grisley sought to find a better way to provide the service levels their clientele deserved. After extensive research, Dunbar and Grisley found the answer through a partnership with AmCheck; a franchise that provided them the necessary tools and resources missing from corporate America.

With control over the entire client experience, AmCheck is able to provide top-notch customer service. AmCheck takes a consultative approach to discover and meet the needs of each individual business. This allows AmCheck Salt Lake City to service businesses ranging from one employee to thousands of employees. They combine their consultative approach with the industry leading Human Capital Management software, iSolved, to customize a system that streamlines every business in every market.

AmCheck Salt Lake City continues to grow each year in total revenue. The key to AmCheck’s success is maintaining a high client retention rate while consistently bringing in new sales. AmCheck accomplishes this through superior customer service levels coupled with ongoing internal staff training. Every associate is committed to doing what is right for the client and providing knowledge, guidance, and expertise in the areas of payroll, human resources, time and attendance, and benefit administration. Their employees remain up-to-date on changes in the industry by completing professional education through iSolved University, attending off-site trainings throughout the country, and subscribing to industry-specific newsletters and IRS notifications. Aside from on-going staff trainings, the Salt Lake City office empowers their employees to make necessary decisions to deliver a positive client experience. This approach, paired with AmCheck’s commitment to giving its employees a quality work-life balance, keeps the employees engaged and happy. Dunbar and Grisley believe that the happiness of their employees has a direct correlation to both employee and client loyalty.

With a bright future ahead, the Salt Lake City office will continue to grow their business by consistently doing the right thing to ensure a positive client experience.

When AmCheck says they are your "Human Capital Partner," they mean it. They could not have picked a better word to describe their service . . . PARTNER. They are there for me when I need them most. They are responsive, courteous, detail oriented, and most of all, NICE! You cannot go wrong with choosing AmCheck to be your . . . PARTNER.

I was hesitant to move from the PEO I used for over a decade to AmCheck. My fear was that the service and features would suffer for either the employer or the employee or both. That simply hasn't been the case at all. In fact, just the opposite. As the employer, I'm very happy with the move to AmCheck and my employees are just as happy with the service and technology. So we've suffered nothing in the move from the PEO and the cost savings have been several thousand per year

They really do focus on my needs as a business. Our relationship is that of partners instead of just customer and provider. I have used other services, could not recommend them more.
